Terms and Conditions of ucs9 Use

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all aspects of use of the ucs9 platform, including but not limited to account registration, betting activity, bonus usage, financial transactions and communications with our support team.

By accessing any part of the ucs9 platform — whether through the website or any official channel designated by ucs9 — you automatically bind yourself to this agreement. This acceptance takes effect at the time of first account registration.

• Continued use of the platform after any amendment means you accept the amended terms.

2 Account Registration and Verification

To use ucs9 services in full, you are required to register and complete the identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). This process is mandatory and is intended to ensure account security and compliance with the relevant international licensing requirements.

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Only one account is permitted per individual. Multiple accounts will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.
• Information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• ucs9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time.
• Accounts that fail to complete identity verification within the specified period may be temporarily frozen.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ucs9 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are handled to high security standards and encrypted using current technology.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit per method: RM30.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 10 to 45 minutes after confirmation.
• All payment methods used must be in the name of the registered account holder.
• ucs9 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.
• Any attempt to transfer funds to a third-party account will be cancelled.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ucs9 offers various promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own conditions that must be met before winnings from the bonus may be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus is permitted.

As a clear example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM100 bringing your balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. In another case, a deposit of RM800 gives the maximum bonus of RM300 with a balance of RM1,100 and a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

• The ucs9 VIP loyalty programme offers weekly cashback at three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%) and Gold (up to 1.2%).
• Bonuses may not be combined unless specifically stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• ucs9 reserves the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to circumvent wagering requirements may result in account termination.

5 General Betting Rules

All betting activity on the ucs9 platform is subject to the game rules set by the relevant game provider. Game system results are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure reported within 24 hours of the incident.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results or use unauthorised third-party software is strictly prohibited.
• ucs9 reserves the right to void bets suspected of involving fraud, collusion or exploitation of system bugs.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that will be used to calculate winnings.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

ucs9 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if there is a violation of these terms and conditions, fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.

• Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time through our customer support channels.
• Valid balances will be returned to the player in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure after the review is complete.
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation may not be eligible to recover the existing balance.
• Players whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not permitted to open a new account without the approval of ucs9 management.

7 Protection and Privacy of Personal Information

ucs9 takes user privacy seriously. All personal information collected during the registration and identity verification process is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement as a whole.

• Personal information is used solely for the purposes of identity verification, transaction processing and service communications.

8 Platform Liability Limits

ucs9 provides a betting platform as a service and is not liable for financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting outcomes, technical disruptions beyond our control, or players' own decisions.

• The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability at all times.
• ucs9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions and fund management.
• ucs9's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount ever deposited by that player.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
